none of both - you can set the boinc client to network-access off - of course boinc uses the idle computing time of your cpu - so if you have an application running which consumes much cpu-power, boinc gets out of the way

No work for LHC@Home in 2 days? Well how do I get points then? Will there be more WoP teams? I'd be happy to join them all...

LHC has not much work...

why do you need more wop-teams? ther is only one :WoP: - so we have just one team ;)

I'll make sure to rejoin BOINC for WoP... how do I do that again? :ugly: I doubt those tests will take too long on a Quad Core. :P
